Adult Nurse Practitioner / Full time Mayfield Heights, Ohio Division of Adult Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care POSITION SUMMARY: We are currently seeking a second team member for our thriving Pulmonary and critical care Practice in the Cleveland Ohio area, working well as a team to provide the highest quality patient care, while showing caring and compassion to our patients and families. Candidate needs to have an interest in pulmonary medecine, with pulmonary background preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Working clinic office hours with our physician and independently based on demonstration of proficiency
- Assisting our Physician with hospital, Long term acute care, and Skilled Nursing rounds
Qualifications REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS 1. Current Registered Nurse Licensure in Ohio, Completion of a Nurse Practitioner accredited school of nursing program. Advanced nursing degree desired, with icu experience, but willing to train the right individual 2. Current BCLS, ACLS 3. Malpractice Active, reimbursed by practice 4. Proof of Completion of a Nurse Practitioner accredited school of nursing program. 5. Prescriptive authority and DEA needed PREFERRED EDUCATION, LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: BUT WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL . Preferred Clinic Experience of at least one year in adult medecine with interest in pulmonary field.. We work in Acute Care Hospital, Long term acute care and Skilled nursing facility and practice a team focused approach to caring for our patient. Candidate must possess a strong work ethic and ability to work well with others.
