Job Description

Memorial Medical Center of Neillsville, WI currently has available opportunities for Advanced Practitioners at our Neillsville and Loyal Clinic sites.  Details of these full-time positions include:

• Family Nurse Practitioner to work independently and collaboratively through partnership with a well-established Family Practice physician at the Neillsville Clinic location aiding in the processing of patients by providing primary care services.  Minimum of three years’ experience required.
• Physician Assistant  or Family Nurse Practitioner to work at the Loyal Clinic site providing care with a Family Practice focus in a rural clinic setting.  Previous experience is required.

Candidates must possess knowledge of current principles, methods and procedures for the delivery of medical assessments, diagnosis and treatment in area of expertise. Solid clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, as well as, excellent verbal and written communication skills.   Applicants must be graduates of a nationally accredited program and hold a valid State of Wisconsin Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority.  Full benefits available.
