Full-Time Breast Health Navigator – Lowell, Massachusetts
Job Description
Lowell General Hospital seeks an experienced full-time Breast Health Navigator who will assist with the development and implementation of a multi-disciplinary Breast Center of Excellence in coordination with radiology, oncology, pathology and surgical services. The candicate willprovide support, education and direct care to patients with breast health care needs throughout their continuum
of care. To achieve the goal of providing seamless delivery of care to each patient, the Breast Health Navigator must have excellent communication skills, work collaboratively with the involved services and be a liaison with primary care providers and other stakeholders in the community.
Requirements: NP, MA license, OCN certification (preferred), Breast Health Navigator certification (preferred), 2-4 years in Oncology setting and experience in breast health services.
