Job Description

Busy Family Practice in Chandler, AZ is looking for a family practice provider to join forward thinking preventative practice. We are a physician owned group with a primary focus on heart attack and stroke prevention. Dr. Merle Turner started this practice over 35 years ago and remains medical director. In addition, we have four board certified physicians, Irene DeLorenzi, M.D., Neil Sheth, M.D., Heath Spivey, M.D., and Wayne Davis, D.O. We also employ 5 Physician Assistants, an Family Nurse Practitioner and a Diabetic Educator/Certified Nutritionist.

The practice has a full service lab, x-ray, DXA, hearing, pulmonary stress test, resting metabolic rate, bio-z, ultrasound services and an allergy immunotherapy program using the new at home drop treatment program . The office has been on an EMR since 2001 for charting, billing and ordering. We have partnered with Clinical Research Advantage to bring research studies to our patients. This also adds revenue to our providers who refer patients to these studies.

Board Certified
Three years of clinical family practice, including well women exams.
EMR and advance lipid testing experience a plus
Base salary and bonus potential arrangement.
Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K benefits available
We are open to Full-Time or Part-Time.
