Job Description

Provides occupational medicine related services to the patient population of Meadville Workplace Health, serving individuals and employers in Crawford County.  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  Graduate of a nationally accredited and/or state approved CRNP/PA educational program approved by the AMerican Medical Association.   PA certification as CRNP or PA.. Sufficient previous related experience, preferred, but training by program’s Medical Director will be provided.  Good clinical and practical judgment, along with confidence, a professional presentation, and superior decision-making skills are crucial.  Interest in and willingness to read and learn about the medical and legal aspects of Occ Med is a must.  Candidate must be willing and able to obtain DOT/FMCSA Certified Medical Examiner status within a month of starting, and be willing to obtain certifcation in NIOSH-accredited spirometry, training in Urine Drug Screen collections, audiometry, and Breath Alcohol testing.   Credentials/Competencies in accourdance with current credentials and/orcompetency requirements.  Licensed, or access to transportation,l driver with current PA license and careful driving record.
