Full-Time Experienced Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA-C) for Corporate Health & Wellness Opportunity
Job Description
HSHS Medical Group is currently seeking an experienced Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA-C) to provide part-time care for LeadWell, a Corporate Health & Wellness program. Note: Full-Time employment is also available. Customized On-Site Medical Clinic and Wellness Program offered to the employees and dependents which includes:
- On-Site clinic to treat illness & injury
- Motivational health education to promote wellness
- Occupational medicine
- Physicals
- Pre-employment screening
- Lab
This practitioner will work very independently, and will be an integral part of building a strong relationship with the employer and their employees/dependents. Coverage hours needed:
- Tuesday 2pm-8pm
- Thursday 2pm-8pm
- Saturday 9am-3pm (Saturday rotations available, if requested)
Please note: If full-time status is desired, the remaining hours needed to reach 40 hours/week will be worked in a Primary Care office.
