Join us as we grow a NEW community health center in Plymouth!

The Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive outpatient care to a panel of patients including routine health maintenance, management of chronic conditions, management of acute illness, and referral for specialty care. The Nurse Practitioner shares responsibilities and collaborates with Physician in the care of patients.

Minimum Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements:
Current Massachusetts NP License,  Certification eligible as a Family Medicine NP,
Current DEA, Mass Controlled Substance Registration and CPR Certification, strongly prefer a candidate with 2 + years of experience.
