Job Description

House Call Doctors is looking to hire a PA or NP for a part time, 3/4 time, or full time position making in-home wellness exams throughout Utah.   
We have been approached by a local health insurance company that is requesting our assistance to make one time house call visits to their members.
Flexible hours with the opportunity to create your own schedule.  
Position has a start date of February 1st, 2015. 
Compensation: $100 per completed visit.  Paid training: $50/hr.  Will consider paying a salary.
