The Mason City Clinic General Surgery/Vascular Department is recruiting a 2^nd full-time midlevel provider.   Duties include OR assisting, hospital rounds and discharges for GS, vascular & bariatric services.  Shared call responsibility on an average of 7 days per month.  Mason City is a family community in north central Iowa, population of approximately 30,000 with a 14-county referral base of approximately 250,000.  Excellent school systems.  Easy access to Minneapolis, Minnesota and Des Moines, Iowa.  Large natural lake and recreational community nearby.  Competitive salary and benefit package including paid time off, malpractice, relocation expenses, license renewal, CME allowance, and generous retirement plan.  Qualifications include: graduate of accredited PA or ARNP training program, certification or eligible to sit for next exam. State licenses to be obtained prior to start date.
