Seeking Independent, hard working Mid level Practitioners for potential to $1,000.00 per day- Immediate Openings! 

Seeking independent minded Mid-level practitioners for performing home health assessments. Must be willing to drive and should have good computer skills. This is a great opportunity for full or part time. Excellent way to supplement income as well. Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 20 hrs per week. We work 7 days per week.

Great income potential, up to $1000.00 per day for a motivated, independent minded,  hard working practitioner. We provide computer, insurance, and full physician back up and training.

Positions are immediately available, rapid credentialing process.
