Job Description

Nurse Practitioner needed immediately to work in a busy Integrated Physical Medicine Clinic located in Cleburne, TX.  This NP will provide professional medical direction, oversight and direct patient care for the clinic.  They will perform medical exams, trigger point injections and large joint injections.  Order patient therapies and durable medical equipment.  Competitive Salary with no nights, no on-call and no weekends.  Must be licensed to practice in the State of TX, Present a current resume, Be opened minded to physical medicine, rehab and non-drug therapies, Present Medicare #(UPIN) or information needed to acquire.  Desirable, but not necessary: Working knowledge of Physical Therapy or Exercise Rehab, Ability to do Trigger Point Injections, SI Joint Injections, and Suparts injections.
