Job Description

You are a licensed Nurse Practitioner with experience in family medicine.

You enjoy working in a supportive, evidence based practice, alongside the best providers Northern New Mexico has to offer.

You are committed to delivering exceptional care in a team setting, managing complex patients, and providing access where barriers to care have previously existed.

Your goal will be to work in a clinical team responsible for creating health care programs offered by Southwest CARE Center in Santa Fe, NM. You will be a full time employee in a fast paced environment, working to expand access to healthcare.
