Job Description

Responsibilities Include:
~Provides ambulatory services for patients which include but are not limited to: consults, urgent appointments, evaluation and follow up visits.
~First Assist Surgical Services
~Orders and interprets appropriate diagnostic and laboratory testing.
~Educates clinic patients and/or families about preventative care, medical issues and use of prescribed medical treatments and/or medications.
~Conducts comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients.
~Establishes medical diagnoses and treatment plan based on history and physical assessment.
~Meets all Joint Commission, State and CMS documentation requirements.

Education and Licensure:
~State of Wisconsin or Physician Assistant Certification/licensure
~Master’s Degree with specialty preparation or completion of Physician Assistant Program
