Great part-time opportunity/extra income for PAs and NPs to work 2-3 weekends in a month. 

 

Qualifications:

•The candidate must have a current North Carolina PA or RN license

•Have completed an accredited PA or NP formal program

•1-3 years of experience is preferred working in an urgent care, ER, or family medicine

•Must be able to work independently, and collaborate as appropriate

Major Responsibilities:

•Under physician supervision, provide medical care to patients of all ages, for acute injuries, infections, illnesses. Also, counsel patients and families about their conditions and medical concerns

•Order lab and imaging tests to determine issues and manage an immediate treatment plan and provide advice on follow up

•Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results through EMR

•Provide timely, accurate, and complete documentation of medical services
