POSITION TITLE:                      NP or PA

DEPARTMENT:                          Primecare/Central Square

SHIFT:                                        8:00am – 4:30pm

HOURS BI-WEEKLY:                 80 (Exempt)

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Nurse Practitioner licensure, national certification by ANCC preferred.  Must be flexible, highly motivated, and possess strong communication & organizational skills. ACLS preferred.  Computer skills a must.  OR Physician Assistant certification required and Current NYS license.  Must be able to multi-task in busy environment, ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers.
