Job Description

The Mason City Clinic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department is recruiting a full-time midlevel provider.  This busy department is currently comprised of 2 physicians and 1 physician assistant. Duties include office, outreach clinics, OR assisting, hospital rounds and discharges.  Call responsibilities.

Mason City is a family community in north central Iowa, population of approximately 30,000 with a 14-county referral base of approximately 250,000.  Excellent school systems.  Easy access to Minneapolis, Minnesota and Des Moines, Iowa.  Large natural lake and recreational community nearby.

We offer a competitive base salary with production incentive program after full training.  Benefit package includes paid time off, malpractice, relocation expenses, license renewal, CME allowance, and an outstanding retirement plan.  Qualifications include: graduate of accredited PA or ARNP  training program, certification or eligible to sit for next exam. State licenses to be obtained prior to start date.
