Job Description

Bassett Medical Center, multi-specialty, rural academic medical center based in Central NY, is seeking a full-time physician assistant to provide patient care for our Division of Urology.  The Division consists of 5 Urologist and 1 Nurse Practitioner.  Primary responsibilities would include patient evaluation, counseling, cystometrogram testing, surgical first assisting including da Vinci procedures.  General urology duties would include hospital floor work and consults.

Candidates must possess national certification as a Physician Assistant.  Previous experience in urology and/or general surgery preferred but not essential.  Individual must be motivated to tackle new challenges, and able to work independently.
