Valor Healthcare is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in our primary care outpatient facilities in Cookeville, Tennessee. Thrive with the following:

  • Five Day Workweek – No Weekends
  • Average 15 Patients per Shift
  • Work Schedule 8a – 5p with No Call
  • No ER or Hospital Responsibilities
  • Electronic Medical Records System
  • Off All Federal Holidays
