Job Description

ThedaCare, Inc., a highly successful integrated healthcare system in northeastern Wisconsin, is seeking a full- time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within our Pain Management Program.

This individual will be responsible for management and treatment of patients in the pain clinic, screening of new patient consult requests, assisting the Physician provider with in-basket requests and completing necessary paperwork/forms for patients. Additionally, this role will also assist the Physician in the operating room with procedures.

This role is both collaborative with the care team and also allows for independence. One – two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required. Experience with EPIC is preferred.

The current schedule is Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm, no nights or weekends, but may have call responsibility.
