Nurse Practitioner Needed
For Occupational Health facility

The Company
• Company Health Medicine is a full service Occupational Health Facility
• We have a professional staff under the leadership of Lawrence Sherman, MD, MRO
• We have a well – respected Team that has worked in Occupational Health for 20 years
The Position
• Practitioner will be required to do assessment physicals for our Clients
• Physicals will be done in compliance with Government and Company requirements
• Candidate will be required to obtain Federal DOT Examiner Certification
o Online Course
o Exam
• Candidate will NOT be required to be Board Certified
• Candidate will NOT be subject to Credentialing
• No Prescribing
• No Treating
• No nights, No weekends, No Holidays
