Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Eastern Nephrology Associates, PLLC is the area’s largest, private medical practice specializing in diseases and disorder of the kidney. Our continued growth and need are a direct result of providing excellent service and care to our patients. Our Greenville office is currently seeking a motivated Advanced Level Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). Minimum qualifications are required of the respective positions are Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing. Board Certified Nurse Practitioner preferably with nephrology, adult, family, or acute care experience. Must possess a valid NC license as a Registered Nurse. CPR certified. Physicians Assistant: Successful completion of an educational program for Physician Assistants accredited by the Committee on Allied Health education and Accreditation, or by its successor agency, and has passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination administered by The National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. Experience in Nephrology, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine is preferred. Excellent assessment, communication and collaboration skills required, interest in chronic disease management as well as health promotion/disease prevention with a firm grasp of anatomy and physiology is preferred. Experience with inpatient and critical care of complete medical patients is desired for this position. Valid NC Drivers License and reliable transportation is required. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and implement sound evidence based care.
