DESCRIPTION
Location: Portsmouth Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA
Clinic: Sports Medicine (located within the Orthopedic Department)
Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8 hour day shifts

REQUIREMENTS
-Possess a Baccalaureate degree from a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Committee for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA) of the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP).
-Possess and maintain current certification as a Physician Assistant from the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
-Possess and maintain a current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in any one of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
-Graduated from fellowship training or residency training in Orthopedic Medicine.
-Possess a minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience within the last three (3) years working as an Orthopedic Physician Assistant.
