Job Description

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant works as an independent healthcare provider who, working collaboratively with primary care physicians, is responsible for providing comprehensive care to both well and ill patients in our primary care clinic. He/she provides care and educates patients and their families on preventive care and treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.
