Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and compassionate Mid-Level practitioner to join our Family Practice. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

Urban Family Practice Associates is a private outpatient physician group located one mile from SunTrust Park, in Metro Atlanta.

We are certified by NCQA as a Patient Centered Medical Home. We feel this allows us to better serve our patients’ needs. It is our mission to provide the highest quality, comprehensive, patient-centered health care to our patients and their families in a compassionate manner.

Our patient population is diverse, and we see patients of all ages, from newborn to the elderly. The payor mix consists of 70% privately insured, 20%Medicaid/Medicare, and 10% self-pay. Our network of patients come to us from a wide area due to our proximity to many nearby businesses and residential areas, as well as our easy access to several major highways.
