Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian Physician Assistant – Internal Medicine / Geriatrics at Bremerton Naval Hospital in Bremerton, Washington.

This Physician Assistant position offers:

Full-time work schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
No weekend, holiday or on-call responsibilities

The Physician Assistant will have the following requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in Internal Medicine.
Successful completion of formal education and training as a Physician’s Assistant, approved by a nationally recognized professional body.
Vast knowledge of a wide variety of diseases. Supplementary skills to recognize emergency conditions in order to  diagnose, prescribe and treat diseases and disorders and refer more complex cases and acute conditions to qualified medical personnel or specialty.
The ability to establish collaborative rapport with physician, nursing and other staff professionals in order to promote and facilitate primary services.
Basic Life Support certification
