Well established, successful, highly regarded multi-physician Internal Medicine practice looking for a qualified board certified or eligible PA/RNP interested in primary care.  We utitlize a fully integrated electronic health record, have achieved Meaningful Use requirements and are a NCQA Level 3 Certified Patient Centered Medical Home.  We seek a professional, organized individual who has excellent communication skills, works well with others as well as independently.  Individual must have good work ethic and committed to quality patient care.
