Santiam Medical Clinic Part of Santiam Hospital is looking for a NP/PA to join with a well established Family Medicine Clinic.  This clinic is located 15 miles east of the Hospital in a rural setting.  Nestled among the Santiam River and beautiful Cascade Mountain Range.

We are looking for a provider that has at least 3 years of experience and enjoys rural medicine.  Will see between 18 to 22 paints a day. 4 clinic days and 1 administration day. You will see all inpatients from cradle to grave and will adopt an established panel.  Great health care benefits, PTO, CME included, sign on and relocation bonus.
