Full-Time Physician Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Physician Assistant to join our growing team located in the trendy and thriving Capitol Hill district of Denver, CO! We are an outpatient-only practice with excellent work-life balance! This job is a great opportunity for new grads. The candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the psychiatrist 1-1. This is also an opportunity to build your own patient base without having to take over a full caseload of established patients. Experienced providers are encouraged to apply as well! Medical and dental insurance premium covered at 100% and uncapped earning potential.
*Psychiatry CAQ preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare services to adults
- Perform patients’ histories, risk factor assessments, and order therapeutic and diagnostic tests.
- Interpret test results to diagnose health problems
- Provide thorough examination and prescribe medication
- Develop appropriate treatment plan
- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of medical records: including assessment, treatment plan, progress notes, outcome measures, and billing entries into EMR system.
