Full-Time Physician Assistant

Job Description
Physician Assistant – Otolaryngology (ENT)
Full-Time | Macon, GA
The ENT Center of Central Georgia
Are you a confident, collaborative Physician Assistant who is ready to make a meaningful impact in a ENT specialty setting? Consider joining our respected, physician-led practice that’s been serving Middle and South Georgia for nearly 70 years.
Why Join Us?
At the ENT Center of Central Georgia, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of 7 physicians, 4 audiologists, and 4 advanced practice providers (APPs), working across two state-of-the-art offices and a physician-owned, AAAHC-certified surgery center. We also provide care at Atrium Navicent Health, a Level 1 Trauma Center, offering exposure to a wide range of ENT cases—from routine to complex.
What You’ll Do
- Independently manage a diverse patient panel across all ages—clinic and hospital-based.
- Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of in-office procedures to support ENT care (training provided).
- Collaborate with all 7 ENT physicians—no 1:1 pairing—gaining exposure to a variety of practice styles and subspecialties.
- Participate in hospital consults and acute care evaluations.
- Help shape and grow our APP program.
What Sets This Role Apart
- Autonomy + Support: You’ll manage your own schedule while having physicians nearby for consults.
- Diverse Clinical Mix: From basic wax removal to moderately complex cases, no two days are the same.
- Robust Onboarding: 3–4 months of structured training, mentorship, and access to ENT-specific resources.
- No On-Call or Weekends: Enjoy work-life balance with a predictable weekday schedule.
- Incentive Plan: After your first year, share in the revenue you help generate.
Who We’re Looking For
- Holds current Physician Assistant Georgia state licensure (or eligibility).
- A confident diagnostician who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Someone who is proactive, flexible, and eager to develop hands-on skills in ENT care.
- Experience in ENT, neurology, surgery, or hospital medicine is a plus—but not required.
- New grads with strong clinical training and procedural interest are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000–$120,000 (based on experience).
Benefits Include: Medical, dental, 401(k), CME allowance + time, paid licensure, malpractice, uniforms, and more.
