Physician Assistant – Eastern Shore ENT & Allergy (Maryland)
Full-Time | $89,000–$135,000 (DOE) + Strong Bonus Plan
Eastern Shore ENT & Allergy Associates is a well‑established, physician‑led ENT practice serving Maryland’s Eastern Shore for more than 25 years. With multiple offices across the Delmarva Peninsula, we combine the resources of a large specialty group with the close‑knit feel of a community practice.
We are seeking a patient‑focused Physician Assistant to join our growing ENT team. This role offers hands‑on clinical variety, strong physician collaboration, and the opportunity to build long‑term relationships with patients in a respected specialty practice.

Your Role
As a Physician Assistant, you will work directly with our ENT physicians to provide comprehensive care, including:
- Patient evaluations, assessments, and follow‑up care
- Assisting with and performing ENT‑related procedures as appropriate
- Diagnosing and managing treatment plans under physician supervision
- Prescribing medications and coordinating referrals
- Educating patients and families on diagnoses and care plans
- Collaborating closely with physicians, audiologists, and clinical staff
- Supporting clinic operations and quality initiatives
This position involves travel between office locations, providing exposure to diverse patient populations and practice settings.
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an ARC‑PA accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active PA license (or ability to obtain)
- ENT experience a plus, but not required — strong training and mentorship available
- Patient‑centered, collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working in a busy, specialty practice environment
