Job Description
Cape ENT is searching for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team! This position is 100% outpatient, no nights or weekends, offering a work-life balance.

Job duties will include:
- Managing ENT and Allergy patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Treating Children and Adults for common ENT and Allergy conditions
- Performing physical exams and minor procedures
- Ordering surgeries through the physician
- Ordering and Reviewing test results
- Other duties as assigned by physician while ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and clinical policies and procedures.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Board certification from the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) -OR- current RN license and NP licensure with current certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)/American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC).
- Current PA or NP licensure in Delaware or ability to obtain.
- Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- 3+ years of clinical expierence strongly preferred
- Strong computer knowledge of EHR systems
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with a diverse customer, colleague, and vendor populations.
