Family Practice Physician Assistant – Full Time
Location: Santa Teresa, NM
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (No weekends)
Country Club Medical Clinic is a well-established, physician-owned family practice that has served El Paso and Southern New Mexico for over 35 years. We are looking for a full-time Physician Assistant to join our dedicated patient care team. Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive exams, obtain patient histories, and provide accurate diagnoses
Order and interpret lab work, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
Develop and manage treatment plans in coordination with physicians
Prescribe medications under licensed authority, order therapies (e.g., physical therapy), and dispense supplies when appropriate
Serve as a trusted resource for patients, offering guidance on their care, critical conditions, and preventive health
Document all patient encounters and follow-ups in the electronic health record
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless care
Qualifications:
Active New Mexico license as a Physician Assistant
DEA license
DOT certification (or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
