Advanced Primary & Geriatric Care is a premier medical practice located in Rockville,MD that focuses on providing high quality care to adults & Geriatric patients. We are a group of seven Physicians & five Nurse Practioners.

The practice provides services to several Nursing Homes, Assisted Living facilities; we have one central office located on Shady Grove Road, Rockville, MD. We are a cohesive group with a very collegiate working relationship.

The pratice is looking for a Geriatric PA/NP who is also a team player.We offer a competitive salary with a full benefit package & are looking for a long term relationship.
