Riverview Medical Center is seeking full-time, part-time and casual Nurse Practitioners to staff our new Walk-in Clinic. JOB SUMMARY:  The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care in a Walk-in Clinic setting to children, adult, and elderly patients requiring both acute and chronic medical management.  The primary physician at the location where the NP practices provides ongoing review of the individual’s clinical practice, and is available to provide consultation services regarding specific patient situations/conditions. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  Advanced nursing degree from accredited School of Nursing for Certified Nurse Practitioner.  Must have work experience in primary care, preferably with geriatric patients.  Knowledgeable in all aspects of advanced nursing related to children, adults, and elderly patients. EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS:   Must be skilled in treatment methods and protocols common to outpatient clinic services.

LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION: Must be licensed by the State of Wisconsin as an advanced practice nurse.  BLS and ACLS certification required.
