New York City Sports Medicine practice has an opportunity for a Physician Assistant to assist in the clinical area of sports medicine. Orthopaedic experience is preferred but not required, and new graduates may apply. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Support surgeon during office hours 2 days per week
• Independent office hours when fully trained
• Field patient phone calls and answer any questions regarding treatment/recovery
• Document patient visits on electronic medical record keeping software

A full complement of being treated to an orthopaedic surgeon with ample and participation in weekly lectures from MRI interpretation to sports medicine knee, shoulder, and elbow lectures.
