Consider joining our team at Value Care Health Clinic where our model is provider-centric. We pay above market salaries. As the Director of Clinical Operations, you will assist in building a fast-growing company, supervise other FNP’s and have a direct impact on clinical operations.

Nurse Practitioners will conduct physical assessments, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose and treat common conditions, provide screenings, interventions, counseling, and prescribe medications as needed to patients in specified age categories. Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common family illnesses for patients. You will be a decision maker and have direct input on the direction and management of the clinic.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills (Bilingual highly desired), as well as proven excellence in clinical care. Preference given to NPs with experience in providing clinic care. Requires graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioners Program approved by the NC Board of Nursing and Medical Board and “Approved to Practice Medical Acts” based on education and experience by the NC Board of Nursing and Medical Board. Certification by a National Credentialing Body required.
