Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for Family Practice in Austin, TX

• 20-year old practice with 3 locations in the Austin area
• Clinic is open Mon thru Fri 8a-7p, Sat 9a-5p, and Sun 12p-5p
• Provider will work 32-hour work week with a rotation of weekends
• Provider will work a combination of 8a-4:30p, 10a – 6p, or 11a-7p, and of course the weekend rotation
• Clinic is split between Urgent Care/Walk-In patients, and Family Practice seeing patients with appointments  provider will work both
• Urgent Care side sees 20-25 patients per day, and Family Practice side sees 15-20 patients per day
• Provider must have Hormone Replacement Therapy Experience
• Work alongside multiple providers
• Lab, X-ray and pharmacy all onsite
• EMR in place
• Full benefits  Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
• CME allowance of $1500

Texas License,

Required Experience/Certifications:

• 2 Years of Urgent Care experience (must be able to see high patient volume)
• DEA
• CPR

Preferred:

• 2 Years of Family Practice experience
• ACLS
• BLS
