Columbia Memorial Hospital, in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University, provides comprehensive care for a range of hearth health and heart disease prevention in Astoria. The CMH Medical Group, located in beautiful and historic Astoria, Oregon, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join the CMH/OHSU Cardiology Clinic. Columbia Memorial Hospital is a 25-bed Planetree Designated critical access hospital. In spite of our small size, there is a lot going on! We have a fully integrated EMR, excellent ancillary support services, on-site rehab services, and a Professional Staff that values practicing evidence-based medicine. The hospital employs over 30 physicians in twelve specialties. We have great relationships with tertiary care centers in Portland.

Astoria is a small scenic town on the North Coast of Oregon, nestled between the mountains and the mouth of the mighty Columbia River.
