Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physicians Assistant – all OP work. Full or Part-Time work. The responsibilities of the position include psychiatric services – Psychiatric Evaluations (Initial session) which is generally 45 minutes and follow up Medication Reviews which is generally 15 minutes – in our Main Office in Fort Gratiot and once weekly (or every two weeks) services in our Rochester Hills office with all ages. Our clients are mostly of mild to moderate symptomotology although an occasional high-risk client is not unusual. We don’t treat severe substance abuse cases, court ordered cases (generally) or juvenile delinquents. We treat depression, anxiety, bi-polar, some borderline, ADHD etc. for the most part. We have an electronic record that is very streamlined as well as ePrescribe for all meds including controlled substances.
For full time employees (32 hours per week or more), our compensation benefit package includes HAP HMO Health Insurance, Delta Dental and VSP vision coverage for the employee only. Employees have the option of buying medical coverage for family members through pre-tax payroll deduction or earning it through the attainment of higher base pay compensation categories. Options to obtain Life Insurance and AFLAC insurance are also available. Employees eligible for health care insurance may instead elect a monthly payout of $200.00. This amount may change from year to year.
For full or part time employees 403(b) annuity accounts are available after the first 1000 hours of employment as are reimbursement accounts for medical and/or dependent care through voluntary pre-tax payroll deduction. Part time employees are not eligible for other benefits.
